Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The reason for this appeal is that me and my friends were messing around and they got banned aswell but in the sit Dr Hax who also responded to the ticket at the time let me go he said he would give me a note and if I promised to knock it off that he would send me back without a ban. So I accepted this I said I promise to stop and he sent back and then I got off. I also do not recall rdming anyone since that wasn't even one of the offenses I originally got pulled for. 

Why should you be unbanned? Dr Hax let me go from the sit with a note and I get off and then I find out later that he decides to just ban me all of a sudden which seems unfair.

Also the attached image is me in the sit with Dr. Hax showing 3 hours ago which was not the time I was banned I am EST

Banning admin here, as I mentioned in your friend's appeal, you were doing anything but actual RP (ramming into cars/people etc), and yes, while I did let you go with just a note/warning for being a passenger most of the time, you did end up RDMing someone in the same night which lead to this ban (you left the server so I couldn't grab you). You paid some random guy $1000 to go and kill a certain individual who wasn't affiliated with you, and for absolutely no valid kill reason. Paying someone for hits is not against the rules, but it becomes RDM if it's not for a valid kill reason.

I undertsand that but it wasn't in my intention for the guy to just go up and RDM him. He never told me how he was going to do it and I didn't tell him just to go up and shoot him so I feel like he should also be held accountable. Also to reply to axcurs I was on my main all day grinding and rping I was only on that character for that little sliver at night. Also before you say that character is just a "minge" character it is not. I have created many RP situations on that character and I am also quite known as that character aswell. I also didn't vdm or kill anyone that night I didn't even get pulled for that or even banned for that so I don't know where the VDM charge comes in. I was in a car yes but I was not the driver at any of those points.

Sorry for the late reply,

Whilst you paid this random person to kill someone, you did not have a valid reason to do so, Even that you do not have control over the fact what this user is going to do and such. I do not think you should've encouraged a person to perform a hit without valid reason. I have to agree the user who rdmmed should and will be punished, but to me this punishment is more than fair due to your prior punishments. Whenever your ban expires, please make sure you have valid rp reasons to place a 'hit' on a certain guy.
