Casino Roulette Table Bug

Recently I put a 2500$ bet on "0" and the table spun and hit "0". Instead of paying me the 90,000$ I won a prompt popped up at the top of the screen saying "This Casino has gone bust and is unable to pay you your full winnings! You have been awarded all remaining funds of 0$." So the table was continuously allowing me to put 2500$ bets down when it has no money? It usually doesn't allow you to place a bet if it can't pay the winning amount for it.
