Reason for blacklist (if given): So i had made a new char was fucking around with friends, my 2 friends decided to mug someone i was running with them i was telling them even before that i wont be able to mug people because of my previous bans as mass mugging etc but it was random i was running with my friends they started pointing guns at someone and yeah i had no choice then to play it with them if you get what am saying but as always dutchcat was spectating me (dont know why but he always is on my ass hate it) the one who was mugged didnt even have anything on him it was maybe a suit that was 300 dollars thats all i cant just stand there and say /looc i cant mug because dutchcat said he will give a ban or whatever he was pming me while in the mug saying. You already mugging people while you just made the char so yeah. its a bit weird and my previous bans of mass mugging and shit is couple months and i stopped doing that shit

Why should it be returned?: I wasnt even trynna mug on that char but it happend all so fast and as i said cant just run away and let my friends deal with it

I restricted your character due to you having a prior note for making a character and the first thing you did before was mug and I explained to you not to do it over discord. I have zero intend and I was not on your ass at all, I was overseeing a PK from Cassanos which they had on your character they killed, I wanted to be sure both parties were not metagaming or anything that would've voided your PK. I continued to help others by doing my staff duties. I scrolled through the logs and the first thing I saw was your newest character received a gun from your friend who also helped you escape these hitmen from Cassano on your previous character. (Which obviously you do not know this user, you're a whiteshirt, you do not have any knowledge of this man at all on this character) I load some querys within logs and do not see any IC communication or cash transfer for this mac-11. Which raised my concern, the first thing I did was teleport to you and I see you point your weapon on a man in the sewers with 2 dudes, one of them the friend who gave you a the gun and helped you escape those hitman from cassano previously. You received the Mac-11 within 3 minutes of creating this character. I can understand you feel like im targeting you due to the previous encounter which I already apologised to you and towards the team for making a mistake for that ban. I have no bias against anyone, I always give my 100% in order to get these outcomes a best as I can. I made a mistake which I take full accountability for, however if you still disagree with the way how I handle things, or still have the impression I do not treat you fairly you can file in a staff report here.

The note is from 3 months ago, I don't know why you're still bringing that shit up. Like I said, I wasn't planning to mug, but it happened. I can't just run away and say, 'I have to go because DutchCat said I can't mug on a new character or he'll take my stuff.' There were two other people with me  what was I supposed to do?

I didn't even know they were trying to mug him, so I really don't know what to tell you. My friend gave me the gun what was I supposed to do with it, throw it away?

And you know what's crazy? You spectated me for at least an hour just to find something I did wrong. I'm pretty sure it's because my ban appeal got approved, and now you're trying to mess me up. Any other staff member who saw what happened wouldn’t have cared. But you're using your own old notes from 3 months ago against me, digging through my logs, even PM'ing me after the mug like you were waiting for something.

How could you have possibly seen me mugging or whatever, when you were spectating me for a PK that happend on my other character that means you kept spectating me to find a reason to ban/fuck me.
