Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?*
I’ve spent a lot of time on this server and really enjoy the experience it offers. I’ve seen times where staff presence is lacking during key hours, and I’d like to help fill that gap and ensure players are having a fair and smooth time. I enjoy being involved in community-focused roles and want to help maintain a fun, balanced environment.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?*
I have solid experience with staffing, understand commands, and know how to defuse tense situations without escalating them. I’m active, consistent, and not driven by ego or favoritism. I believe in fairness, transparency, and doing the job properly even when it's inconvenient.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
Yes. I was a Moderator on Ethereal RP for 5 months before being promoted to Admin for another 4 months until the server shut down. I also held a Trial Moderator position on Cinderlight RP for about 3 months.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
No.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?*
I’d say I’m familiar to a decent number of regulars. I keep a low profile but I try to be helpful and fair. Most people I interact with would say I’m reliable, relaxed, and fun to play with.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:
There was a big standoff between two factions over a territory dispute, and the whole thing escalated into a huge RP event. I was caught in the middle and ended up helping coordinate an impromptu hostage negotiation. It was one of those moments where RP, tension, and fun all came together perfectly.

Problem Solving

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I’d grab evidence like a clip or logs and immediately go on-duty. I’d either take the ticket or make a note to hand it off if there’s a conflict of interest. Either way, I’d ensure the situation is documented and handled in line with server policy.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I’d document what I see and report it to a higher-up or staff lead discreetly. Even if it’s subtle, repeated abuse erodes trust and integrity within the team. It’s not my place to make assumptions, but it is my responsibility to report patterns.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
Yes, it’s a conflict of interest. I would not take the ticket and would pass it to another staff member to handle. It’s not about what I personally believe—it’s about preserving fairness and impartiality for everyone involved.
