Reason for ban: i was told global rule 4, which i think is promoting 

Length of ban: permanent

Reason for appeal- dispute

Why should you be unbanned? i had left all diverge discords and after like two weeks or whatever, i made a discord faction server for civics and started asking people if they wanted to join. i was then told by dutch cat that i was banned  due to promoting. this confused me bc its not promoting if i had already left the diverge discords on my own terms, well before i even made my own faction server for another mafia server that i ended up not even playing on that server. 

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): id say check logs, it will show that i was never banned from any diverge discords. i left on my own. this confirms that i was falsely banned as there was a misunderstanding somewhere or a confusion that caused me to  still get banned considering i had already left all diverge discords before i ever asked anyone about joining a different server. the times and days will show the proof

I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

i didnt try to poach anyone. and i wasnt in any diverge discords. i wasnt luring or trying to convince anyone to join. everyone had a choice. 

in the context of online communities and discord servers, "poaching" generally refers to the act of tempting members from one server or community to join another. i was never tempting or trying to convince anyone to join. simply asking someone to join  is not convincing someone to join. so its not poaching.

Guys it’s not poaching, she was not in any of the diverge servers. Its not like she knew they were active players on diverge, because she couldn’t see them in the diverge discord server that she purposely left to try and NOT poach people.

This is a weird ban to me. It's not like she went to someone with no clue about what the server was and was glazing it. She just asked if bro wanted to join a faction on a server he was already informed about. Maybe I'm retarded but I'm not sure if that's honestly promotion at that point and falls under the discussion side of things. Yeah Delilah is a crash out that had been seriously goofy in the past but strictly speaking on the terms of the actual ban itself this just seems like a reach and an excuse to ban someone that you may have found annoying or didn't like.
