Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Was never told I had broken a rule, was doing a crime deal but not engaged in any fear rp, just a gun deal. Turns out the person I was speaking to was an admin and I was shot without warning or any knowledge of why, I could even argue fail rp because there was no confrontation proceeding the death. 

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Took too long to clip it after being in pure shock for over a minute.

Hello, I'm the admin who oversaw the PK. You were PKed for "illegally selling guns while being told not to do anything illegal" using the faction's racket, and overall bringing heat to the faction. When joining a criminal faction you accept the risks that come with it and that includes being PKed for violating the code of conduct.

So if I do the same thing while not in a faction then I can't be pk'd for illegally selling guns?

You won’t be. Remember that you were pked by the faction for breaking their rules, and not for breaking server rules.

I am sorta involved, this guy wasn’t using the Cassanos racket he was using Bonannos gun racket with one of our associates that has permission to sell guns.  There would be no heat going to the Cassanos if anything it would be Bonannos that would be getting the heat.

So while you weren’t using a racket directly supplied by us, you were told upon joining that you were not to engage in any illegal activities (drugs, unlicenced firearms etc) following your recruitment where you were given these rules you were never at any of our properties and took it upon yourself to setup an illegal untraceable gun store in the ghetto and started handing out fliers for this with your direct phone number …
