Why should you be unbanned?  I saw a guy get shot and he comes back to the same spot. 2 of my guys started beating him he didn't make much of an attempt to leave so I shot him.

Hello banning mod here, 

You were banned for RDM, and had 3 prior offences so I did a 2 day ban. Originally I had thought the gentleman was breaking NLR, but Byte informed me after I asked that it's only breaking NLR if he engages back into the same RP scenario, talks to you about it, or stuff along those lines. He's allowed to return to the same area.

Neither of you had clips over what happened, but you admitted to shooting him, and he originally admitted to breaking NLR (before byte clarified what breaking NLR was on Diverge)

Hello there! After reviewing your ban with fellow staff, we have deemed it to be RDM. While you may have thought he was breaking NLR by simply returning to the area, that is not accurate. He did not attempt to engage in RP with you again or brought up your previous encounter. He was simply in the area to retrieve his friend and you engaged with him again. Even then, if he was breaking NLR, it is a common misconception that you can just shoot people breaking NLR. This is in reality not true. In the future, if you believe someone is breaking NLR please feel free to make a ticket in game with @ and it will be handled by staff.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
