Add a way to preview/order pins/medals

On a previous server that was set in the 1940s, there was an option to preview your pins that display above your head. I think this would be a cool addition where players can preview what the pins look like and potentially an option to be able to choose the order which pins display.

(I am always asking people how my pins look above my head when I get a new one or mix it up)
