Reason For Pk: No Clue I Joined the Faction As they called it. The beginning of the Hiring, They Said Something About someone being a minge which I'm not sure what that means as I was fully Engaged in Roleplay, After I was Officially Hired I Procced to Do what I know which is oil they said stuff about drugs and stuff to which I didn't mind or bat any eye to and they also mentioned not talking to cops which I haven't I proceeded to keep buy oil and doing my best to drive around and be a legal citizen not doing anything illegal I never spoke and I never disrespected anyone so I'm not real sure because there was no RP to my death I was buying oil next thing you know I'm dead.

Why should You be UnPK'D? What Server Rule or Pk Rule Was Violated?: Well for One From the very Beginning the guy that was hiring me was talking ooc  Which I have multiple clips of it kept ruining my immersion I'm pretty sure they were Meta Gaming in Discord Chat  Because like I mentioned he said something about someone being a minge and he was the only one in the room and he wasn't on radio I haven't Minged at all That I'm Aware Of I literally Joined And just bought oil which is legal to buy . it states this in the guidelines It is HIGHLY recommended that during conflicts, PKs, or situations leading to PKs you are recording almost 24/7 as all PKs require PROOF. Your character can be PK'ed / banned by staff at their discretion if you break server rules, such as but not limited to; fail corruption / Minging as a Police Officer, metagame/powergame, item transfer/character abuse, etc. which again I don't think I did anything like this and if it was a hit. You must ensure the hit you are performing is valid.The admin Xduckcat Said it was for Bringing Heat to the family Causing conflicts with allies and minging as of July 11 1989 I didn't not ming I did not bring heat which means talking to cops or anything to do with cops id like to see video evidence of everything there accusing me of in character evidence atm camera whatever in character evidence they have From July 11 Of me doing any of that it states this in the rules

• Being constantly arrested on or around faction property/members; drawing attention from erratic behaviour

Things that DO NOT constitute bringing heat:

• Having a Felony on their record
• Being arrested or detained for a minor crime
• Being arrested or detained for a crime not related to the faction
• Simply interacting with police

I haven't brought heat stole or anything so i would love to see the IC Evidence

How Was i Being Retarded by Buying Oil? And there's Still Rules to it you can't just pk Somone because and then make up false stuff like Brining Heat Causing Issues With alliances I just Joined The faction today so please Indulge me with a Clip Of this stuff I Supposedly Did Also What's up with the Meta gaming and ooc stuff

If You have some sort of evidence to Prove me Wrong from July 11th then be my guest but to my knowledge I never minged when I logged on, I never spoke to cops and even if I did, I wasn't in your faction Until, July 11th So I'm really confused on What alliance I was disturbing because i was just buying oil after being hired and if I was a supposed Minge why would you even Hire me.

Yes, you were killed for "Bringing heat to the family by causing conflict with allies and minging". This means you allegedly broke factions rules and were subsequently PK'd, which a risk you accept when you hit the "I understand and accept the risks" button on the "Crime Faction Warning" pop-up

The burden of proof and response to this thread falls on the ticket maker.

Hello! I have reached out to your previous HC for more context to your orders. They were able to provide me with evidence of you having a repeated behavior that was unfavorable to their faction and reasonable suspicion of you doing it even when they weren't there to see you. They had also received reports from allies of you being an issue for them. Because of these two reasons they saw it fit to have you eliminated. And while you may not be a fan of the practice, they do not need to go and post their evidence / suspicions publicly just the reasons they saw fought to have you killed. For these reasons your character will be remaining PKd.

Now, the reports of metagame. While we appreciate you coming forth to say it, we do not appreciate you waiting till you have a reason to act maliciously about it to report it. We have seen many times before where players wish to report it only after they are on their way out the door or once it stops benefitting them. If it was truly a concern of yours, you would have made staff tickets for the potential instances of metagame when they happened. We thank you for reporting it, but not the reasons you did report it.
