Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * I'm active 7 days a week and really enjoy my time in the city. I feel like i could be of use in the early mornings and late nights when the server usually has no staff online. I also spend tremendous amounts of time in the city and have gotten to known quite a few people who suggested i should apply. I would also like to be a bigger part of the community and i believe i could do more help than what i already do in the NYPD faction if i made staff.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * My ultimate goal is to help people and create a better environment for people to RP with. I'm a Sergeant in the NYPD faction and i believe my supervisory position has taught me to be unbiased, assertive, and informative without being too aggressive or upsetting someone for dishing out punishment. Its also taught me pretty good de escalation skills, and i believe these skills make me a great candidate.  
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * Nearly everyone in the NYPD faction knows me and i believe I'm pretty well known everywhere else. I've had mostly good encounters with people and i try my best to help everyone out i can. I genuinely think that i don't have any bad blood with anyone and i have a good reputation. People often walk up to me when I'm patrolling just to say hello and have a chat.  
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Id have to say the 4th of July event. It was my first event on Diverge and it was amazing.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Id wait to see if another staff member handles the situation but if no one is available id probably try to handle it myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Gather evidence like getting a clip and report them to a higher rank or make a UA report.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Id wait to see if another staff member took the ticket and if no one is available i would probably have to handle it. This constitutes no bias and i would treat this situation as any other. I would ask for evidence and based on this evidence id dish out the punishment appropriate for their actions.
