I believe I once saw and handled a "plantable car bomb" once taken from hamir abduls car or something, was told it would need to be played out by staff/GM for a valid PK reason instead of something minor. It was not used, but this is a baller suggestion. 

 

But would suck if you go through all that effort and expenses for the car to despawn or for you to catch a case of the RDMs because there were others in the car with the target (ofc unless their deaths were also warranted)
