Reason for PK: misunderstanding, they guy killed me breaking rp and when i tried and respawn i was pkd

There are other instances where killing someone during a mugging will not result in a PK.

• - Such as not giving the person reasonable time to react to your demands,I was running to the docks and i get chased by my boss because earlier i was getting into an anvandoded building which i didnt know wasnt then i found employees inside told them about everything being unlocked and i noticed i had keys so then i dipped and didnt go to my job to clear things i was really scared then my boss thinks im a new player and then says oh wait in a surpised tone and js kills me and that didnt give enough reaction time he didnt even say wait to me he js reacted to my name like oh wait youre that guy,and it wasnt my fault i didnt know i was getting into an actual restaurant i js know the first door was open and then they stopeed me from leaving and js said open it again

 

1. Likewise you may only make realistic demands, this means you can’t demand something unrealistic that the victim cannot deliver in order to kill them. Give them a realistic amount of time to comply. Don't order them to do something then shoot them < 5 seconds later, they barely have time to comply.

Hello, I'm the admin who approved the PK. When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being Permakilled as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. you brought unwanted attention to the crime family you were a member of by stealing multiple oil barrels from the Rockefeller oil company as well as harming relations with another faction that was allied with your faction, and the faction leader placed orders for you to be killed.

To the guy that said iabout me going in that restaruant they said i went multiple times i only went once they were like o alr you can go then a bald that just hates me says ik who he is and exagerated i said ok i didnt know and i tried leaving they said js shows because apparently they said they didnt know that blue lobter had keys so i just left and then i was passing by again and that bald guy that said it js exagerated i went in ther ONCE like only once

Unfortunately the faction leader or trusted individuals can order your death without much insight. On how the pk was done, regardless of your opinion it was still a valid pk and the way it was done does not affect the validity.

Shittor already touched base on the subject but yes these orders are valid. It can be any offense in the families eyes, as long as you have offended them they can give valid orders for your death.
