Why should it be returned?: Because I want to contribute to the server as I intended but got lost in the sauce and decided to prop abuse it's been 2 months now and I have came back looking to actually play the game as it's intended to do so with alongside the rules being followed, I believe I am due a second chance for redemption I have kept a clean slate.

I removed your flags because you were carrying players around the map in a roller coaster with your physgun, after you had been warned for the exact same thing. You showed a crazy disregard for the rules, and in my opinion should wait a bit longer before they're returned to you.
