Reason for blacklist (if given):BAD PROP ABUSE from what i know

Why should it be returned?: cause i have cleaned up my act on minging and i deserve i 3 chance i ik i done bad stuff in the past and i want to use my props for good and use it for my faction dupes and other stuff for the server and it been a bit since i had them i feel like we can put all the bad stuff in the past so yeah and my prop abuse wont happend at all i will make sure of that cause i want what i pay for lol but all seriousness  i understand if this won't get accepted but i am trying either way.

hello, I took your PET flags due to your repeated misuse of them. You've had them taken from you multiple times, and should honestly just not have them at all.
