Add ways to open doors that dont belong to you

A lot of people lock their doors i've noticed, and I think it would be a really cool addition to the server if you could somehow unlock a door that you yourself dont have keys to. Like picking the locks. Maybe some kind of lock unlocker, we'd have to think of some crazy name for it. Maybe we could even add weed farms, so that people who want to break in have something to obtain and it makes it worth it.
