if the "metagaming" has been cracked down since i last played about a year ago, then is this not the "metagaming" you are trying to stop? if there was another reason, then im happy to discuss it here as to what legitimate reason you had. i was not in the discord neither, as i was in the diff char's discord. also fuck my mic for starting to break and sometimes not picking up my voice, sorry about that if the recording does not pick it up. as iv publicly stated, i do not care if its one of mine, my allies or my enemies that break server rules, rules be rules.

Disrespecting Made people after being warned not to and acknowledging that you were warned not to is one of those rules. When you join a faction you agree to abide by the rules of the faction and that you can be killed for any reason and at any time basically.

Hello, I was the one who wrote the orders on your character, though I am retired I still have permission to write orders and was simply just around at the time.

The reasoning for your death had absolutely nothing to do with the altercation outside of la volpe on your SOS character. Instead this had to do with an instance of you repeatedly telling a made man within the family to "shut up" last night, even after being told to watch your mouth. seen here. 

Considering your previous incidents towards mademen in the faction they believed it was best for you to be killed.

ok, been talking to dutch and i kinda see what they could'v used, despite already being punished (my left hand) and taxed for it already when i messed up (because i have)

 

if people are clipping stuff from a while back, how long can the clips be held for? you had this problem a while back didnt you?

 

also just been told by clean a clip will be posted when a guy comes back from work, which i can wait, not a problem.

 

yea JJ, just got told by dutch it might be over something else, which ok, good to know people still doing the blackmailing thing despite me chilling with friends and joking with them... (god knows how much praetor got on me when i messed with him lmfao)

Look we appericiate your hard work and dedication as a Senior Associate hence why we gave you multiple logged warnings. Normally as you probably have guessed we would've gotten rid of you earlier if you were an utter minge or like intentionally fucking up yk? We knew you had OOC Beef with Clean and purposely left that out of the whole situation and completely ignored it. Obviously we wouldn't and couldn't pk you for something you've already been warned about, however looking at the provided clip by jj. You did insult a mademan infront of friends of ours in public which is a issue. Which he claims, happened last night. We can take a joke ICLY in private in a back room or in our room but not publicly with allies around. Also for Dons Orders we do not need proof, you accepted the risk of being a criminal whenever had that prompt whenever u was recruited.

no i know, i took all the punishments seriously, just thought me, lion, zip and praetor where just joking about it...

 

hard to explain, but basicly why zip always giggles when i insult him, its like a scottish person insulting a friend, its more endearing than meant as an insult...

 

but no i understand it... P.S iv been on my SoS most of the time for the past good few days (that along with not really playing last night due to migrane), so i know clips are still being kept on other people now, not much different from a while ago eh?

 

edit: last night? i was on but rarely did anything due to migrane, im not saying i didnt though, still might have, but as a "friend fucking with friend" type of comment.. (however, the reason is still valid and im not fighting it no more, its all good and i understand, shit could'v done what i said JJ, let me give everything to the family first lmfao)

ok, for context for everyone else who does not know:

a while back, there was a massive problem of clips being kept of personal fucking up. and they'd use that as a reason to pk, despite it being months old, and just reupload it to hide the date and time of it. it got so bad at one point, certain people now perma-banned for criminal behaviour reasons where even blackmailed.

 

aint it amazing what you learn within a week coming back?
