Reason for PK: Idk some dude just rolled up in a car and started shooting and i was instantly pked an admin said it was because i mugged somebody which i didnt i got mugged by someone else 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: because i didnt even do anything and the only person that was mugged was me and idk what rule i broke

Admin in question here. You and some friends tried to block in someone in and put your guns up on him after disrespect, telling him to get out of his car here - chinese people - Clipped with Medal.tv

The situation escalates, with lots of masked individuals trying to get him out of his car. He was able to identify you relatively easily because you stayed wearing the same outfit, and did not wear a mask during your encounter. The person you guys guns-upped/shot at for not complying did not die from this scenario and made a ticket, with clear photos of you around town.

I will let UA decide if it is PK worthy or not.

it was just rolling on people during downtime? nobody was mugging or had anything on them to mug with

Addition to mugging rule 9

- Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them

Addition/edit to Identification rules

-If someone has committed an offense against you (Act of violence, mugging, etc) you may recognize them based on their voice, character descriptions and clothing for up to 30 minutes afterwards (Without having their F3). Players may change clothes or lay low during this time to avoid recognition. Players may also use a mask to obscure their name and description but if they fail to change clothes they can still be recognized for up to 30 minutes.

Downtime or not, FearRP was induced, and measures were being taken to prevent the player from leaving the situation while masks were being worn en masse with guns drawn.

What would change if my audio was working ?? I was never in a call and my friend goz other admin and person in clip in which I call to ask for backup and which you call out in game saying “he’s on the radio” then you guys get in your cars and leave Lol then you come back 10 secs later and try cornering me with you cars and trying to kill me but fail. So I decided to identify u in game then you get rolled up on ggs bro next time read the rules
