Drug Bags

Drug bags would work like gun bags i think a drug bag should be implemented now because a system has been found to store items in a separate bag without it having a duplication glitch. 
My idea for pros v cons Could also have the system where thy only hold drugs.

PROS:
Allows you to hold more drugs
Also adds more risk if getting caught

CONS:
Makes you walk slower like you have a package in the racket event
Expensive could make the bags $1000 to $1500 to stop mass production
Makes you lose stamina faster or lose hunger faster

lowkey this would be nice, as someone that has a bank full of drugs and has to do big trades, this would be helpful as fuck, and make it where it slows you down like how swimming does

With how much they hate the idea of bags like that. Maybe make it craftable? So its slightly harder to obtain.
