Why should you be unbanned? dont know why I was banned, wondering why and for the clip

Hi I was the person that banned you. I meant to put ARDM but i forgot to update it on the ban. You got into a violent confrontation with the police because you demanded an apology for calling you an asshole. 
“Say sorry for calling me an asshole” -You
”You’re an asshole”-Him
*You start hitting with a bat but then he kills you*
The rules kinda say “You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/ argument.”  and “However if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them. ” All he did was say it once and then you immediately try and kill him. You sadly weren’t in the server so I couldn’t get the whole story from all perspectives, but from what was shown you just asked once and you didn't really ask him again before hitting. 
The reason for the 2 day ban was cause of your PO for RDM and how many times you've given people stuff to RDM other people.

“Say sorry for calling me an asshole” I was on a black char he was making fun of me and shit calling me names and trying to be funny. He called me a couple retarded things and then he called me an asshole. I found him a minute or two later and I demanded an apology. I didn’t just walk up to him randomly asking him to apologize for something he didn’t do. He started a verbal altercation with me, and after asking for an apology. You’re completely missing the entire first half of the altercation…. I really don’t think it’s fair to ban someone like that when theres clearly an altercation before I tried to beat the shit out of him.

He clearly edited the clip or only clipped a short amount of time to make me look like the bad one, this is dumb as hell

It was somebody else's clip who was there with him. As I said you weren't on the server when I took the ticket so I couldn't really get your side/clip so...

There was clearly a precious altercation before the clip is all I’m saying, just suprised a ban would be handed out before knowing the full picture.

So, a few points.

1. You had just made that character, and he lived a total of 6 minutes before you tried beating an officer to death for calling you a dick.

2. The clip showed plenty of context, if there was a prior incident to which the cop called you a bad name, that doesn't warrant you trying to beat him to death with a baseball bat. Obviously following proper escalation rules, you'd punch him, and obviously he's a fucking cop so it wouldn't even get beyond that anyway.

3. You most definitely were a minge character.

Obviously you didn't make this character to delve into serious, in depth RP of trying to recreate the experience of a black man living in NYC 1980s, and exploring the persecution and complexity of that life. You wanted to be black guy beat cop with bat die. If it wasn't a ban for RDM, it's a ban for NiTRP, you made a character and in 6 minutes were trying to beat cops to death.
