Why should you be unbanned?

For some background, I was attempting to get signatures and raise social awareness regarding the increased homeless population with a petition. Then someone pistol whipped my box and tossed my papers on the floor. After this, the person who reported me stole my petition multiple times. I told him to get lost and gave him five warnings then I shot him. But conveniently, he edited out the parts of me chasing after him after he stole the petition.

“If someone is loitering/following/harassing you you may give them warnings to leave you be, if they ignore several warnings and continue you may attack/kill them. (One warning will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them time to react.)” (Note I gave him 5 warnings)

Proper escalation guidelines were not followed.

To shoot someone for loitering, you have to first point a gun *at* them, and order them to leave, after ample warning you can shoot them. You had no weapon, and shot immediately after pulling out your gun, disregarding this rule. This makes it RDM.

 

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
