Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
Tbh might be staff abuse because the Cop died and had no clue we died after.

Hello. There is video evidence of you and your co-conspirator shooting and killing the cop, in which you both die very shortly after, which is grounds for a PK. (Your party engaged first, might i add) Im not sure what staff abuse you think happened, but i would be delighted to answer any pertinent questions you may have for me or the over arching staff member who signed off on the PK.

only part on my end that was weird to me was how the cop knew we died then made the ticket.

The officer is allowed to check if the people who engaged him and he shot at died after he was hospitalized, not against the rules.

also that should become against the rules bc thats favoriting the cops by checking logs for them to get them a PK while they already died so techanlly that should go under NLR and META

NLR and Meta does not apply to PKs, which is an OOC thing. The officer in question was sure he had killed one of you, saying he heard the death sound. He was correct, and both of your logs were checked to see if you died. Your friend bled out, and you ran from the police and died jumping into the sewers, which is a pkable offense as you were both pk active from killing a cop, and being hunted actively by police due to the radio callout from the officer in question.

To put things short and simple, you shot a cop, and died within the window of being PK active. The staff member did their due diligence by verifying the officer's claim, and found out that the both of you died. 

 

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
