Anyone with senior admin+ needs to be restricted to government positions. If these recent wars and conflicts have shown anything is that the admins on the server as quite literally the opps. They do anything and everything for their shitty factions to make sure the normal playerbase is at a disadvantage. So make them choose: Make decisions for the server or Play as an Italian, The staff Bias in upper staff decisions has been going crazy, from PK's to Escalation, it's all shit. The server is gonna lose quite a few players if this shit persists, ain't no one wanna play against dudes who can just decide you're faction needs to be culled.

When I was a Senior Administrator, we had Miami RP where Schedule I (Hehe, Schedule One...) narcotics were a literal death sentence, amazing faction conflicts with RP consequences, and fun vibes all around. Now we have schizoposts and something, something, "I don't think some people can be trusted, therefore anybody with a role of authority can't enjoy the server and play in the factions they want to play."

Maybe the solution is to return to Miami... C'mon, you can't tell me you don't miss it @Pendred! Think of all the Miami-based custom clothing requests there'd be...

This is stupid Senior Plus/UA should be the most trusted to be in government positions and either way your claims of bias in the government due to escalation is stupid. Every department will have someone in an alliance that your in and against and at the end of the day you can say Adam’s bias and he’s one of the main problems but I strongly disagree I’m in a different alliance and a different government department and I have never received any form of bias from him. From what it looks like a department denied an idea of yours or didn’t let you in and you are upset no need to make a delusional rant on the forums.

when i was senior admin i actually intentionally only took the opposing side's sits, and when i knew they were an enemy i would side with the guy in the wrong, life is just so much simpler that way when you've made up your mind on the sit before hearing any of the facts
