Reason for PK: Died during raid? 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I never raided? I had keys, I walked in, I never went upstairs nor to any "special areas" we placed trash, we tried to leave they just stood there blocking us from leaving, then they killed aimed guns at us, killed my friend, so I shot them killed one then died? The Imperial safehouse was also never stated to me, it was only the "Jewish Bank". Also from my knowledge a faction leader needs to approve a raid on a property which did not happen so at most it would be RDM? And if I did raid to kill a "HIHG COMMAND MEMBER" which is the main point of a safehouse would Crocie also not be killed since he died?

TLDR:  I literally just unlocked the door, I mean I don't understand how that's considered a raid lol.
But anyway my main thing is they shot first, I had keys, didn't let us leave, didn't give us warnings to leaves, imperial being a safehouse was never communicated to me, "Raid" was never sanctioned, etc.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: uh long clip so i gotta stream

There was also no intent TO raid, or to KIll literally just drop trash, walk out, along with the faction I'm in information is mostly only told to Made+ but the thing is how can someone be PK'ed for a rule during this esclation that was never directly informed to them if this would be "classified" as a raid. Nobody ever told me ICly or through discord "Imperials a safehouse", nobody even told me what a safehouse is I had to find that vague information on my own as it wasn't posted anywhere that I could have access to.

1. As stated I was never told this was a safehouse.

2. "All of this is indications of a raid" clearly were stretching for straws, you blocked the door preventing someone from leaving, we spawned ONE piece of trash after unlocking a door, after we attempted to leave you door-blocked and then they punched you not sure what indications of a raid we have here.

3. Having keys literally means you can enter a building.

4. Killed crocie, almost killed the second guy I think he bled out so 1v4, killed 2 in a small room with no where to run.

Boomroasted stated that hindering a business which means staying for a while or with intent to stay instead of just tagging it and running off, would count it as a raid. 
 

Everyone important in the conflict was involved about safe houses. 
 

If I had keys to meat market after I spent days shooting up their shop, raiding their building and tagging it up, I’d get shop up. Same goes for any establishment..? Even if you had keys you still had bad intent in a building that you knew was belonging to a faction that your faction has beef with.

made or not made, if you weren’t communicated properly by your faction but still decided to engage (even though you know each side has two safe houses considering your side has 2 safe houses which you know of) then you’re retarded. Honestly absurd that this was made to be a PK when people are gatekeeping rules and this guy was just having a bout of mischief.
 

The immaturity of the opposition OOCly is another concern. What the fuck is wrong with you guys? It's a game. The beef is supposed to be in character. This shit gets so out of hand with how you blur the lines. That's why cheating, lying, and rulebreaking/bending have been such a rampant issue and every fucking interaction leads to prayers.

Not knowing it was a safehouse isn’t a staff issue it’s a faction issue. You may have had keys into the building that would have been fine if you didn’t trash the building and your friend didn’t punch enemy HC those two things indicated the raid. You died man
