Hello, It's been a week since your last flag appeal was denied.
While there is no set timer on how soon you can make another flag appeal, taking some time to reflect on why you got your flags taken might serve you good due to the amount of POs you had within the small time span. 
If I were you, I would wait at least a 4 weeks before making another appeal, it would seem more genuine than to keep making a new appeal every week until its accepted. Again it's not a set timer, it would raise your chances of this being turned over
