What flags were blacklisted from you?: PET Flags

Reason for blacklist (if given): I flipped a car over with a cinder-block. (as in I flipped it upside down, not onto its wheels)

Why should it be returned?: Aside from me needing it to place down dupes for my faction, building is a crucial part of my time spent on the server. My appeal was previously denied but with the recently accepted appeal that looks almost identical to mine (The Real Gilbert, who also had 2 previous warns and was revoked for flipping a vehicle during dead hours) , I wanted to try again at getting my flags reinstated. I apologize for my actions flipping the vehicle and it won't happen again. I was just messing around at 4-5am and didn't cause any damage to anyone or their property and gently tipped over an already burning vehicle with no one inside or close enough to be hurt from it. Regardless, I know it was wrong and I can promise it will not happen again.

You were denied last Thursday, give it a couple of weeks, maybe a couple of months before re-appealing.

you're joking right? also it would be last thursday, this thursday isnt for another 3 days mr guy who is definitely involved directly with the blacklist.

Difference between you and the other person is that you have multiple warnings, one of them being you spawning a box to process drugs in the open.

He states clearly in the first few sentences of his appeal "Yes I know I have 2 previous POs"??

+1 literally sounds like my case

i get that his POs were more different than mine but at least give a man a date on when he can get his back having mine removed made me realize I shouldn’t be abusing them in public when I’m goofing with friends but in a enclosed environment where it’s just us. (Even though I agree and disagree with some of the things) but this player also states that he was not aware of his POs. And nobody told him that he has received the note making the situation unfair on top of that it was 4-5 in the morning extremely dead hours these hours are usually grinding hours & the staff member who noted him should be at fault they never told this player he was abusing his flags, maybe this player would have stopped and read the MOTD who knows because it never happened.

Overall this is an extremely unfair situation this player has even apologized for the abuse, I’m sure he is taking it as a learning lesson.

Please keep in mind I'm not making this saying "Oh who cares, it's no big deal". I'm trying to say it's unfair that one person can have their flags reinstated and learn from their mistake, while I am denied that chance, even though our situations are almost exactly the same.

Also you’re telling me a flag appeal like this gets accepted but when a man is apologizing saying he wasn’t aware of his priors he gets denied ?? That makes 0% sense to me.

That appeal was accepted because his flags were taken 1.5 years before the appeal. Are you saying Mr. Recoil here should wait 1.5 years?

I understand, and like I said, I am aware it was against the rules. All I'm saying is I would appreciate the same chance given to others in a similar situation.

Right, lol. Next time, just for you, I will have it so that only staff members who aren't involved like yourself can comment. When making this, I must have missed the part that says you can't tell any of the people who actually know you about your appeal. Like I said, I meant the +1 reaction, and nobody from that pager interacted with this appeal anyway...
