Why is his empty mansion still here, and who the fuck is telling him to create these weird laws?

Now we all know that the Mansion is barely used and can be replaced with other things so I won’t say much about. However if Bingus wants something so bad then he can get a better, more “grand” City Hall…

The laws I’m talking about in particular are the ones surrounding the shooting ranges. 
 

In the past 2 years or so of me being on the server, anyone could go into a shooting range and practice their shooting. No one has ever had an issue with this. I truly don’t understand why this law has come into effect. 
 

Now the shooting ranges remain closed because the designated range operators are never there or busy (jap gun store). The other gun store just got newly acquired and they’re too new/inactive, they just place a fence and have it permanently shut down whenever they’re in the city. 
 

WHO THE FUCK IS TELLING BINGUS TO CREATE AND ENACT THESE LAWS, AND IF NO ONE IS, THEN WHY DOES THE GOVERNOR (that barely gets on and knows nothing about the illegal side) CREATE SUCH LAWS??

Gun laws are retarded but honestly valid, gun laws need to be more heavily enforced if that makes sense. How realistic is it to carry a shotgun everywhere you go in new york? Gun range is kind of weird tho, I think that needs to be deleted. Public shopping mall with the theatre in it would be fire because it opens up the spot where the theatre is currently as a new property

I definitely agree with stricter gun laws, and I agree with the most recent cost increase for gun license acquisition to prevent newer members from owning large firearms so early on in their life. I think it’s highly unrealistic to have any weapon open carrie… conceal carry’s should be permitted only imo, and usage of melee’s more often to escalate. 
 

…but the gun range law is so retarded and that is the only law I am attacking.

Ngl I really liked the og townhouses that were at the current home of the mansion and I'd prefer them back over anything else. A worldcorp 2.0 would be cool but I think it would be out of place all the way on the edge of the map like that. I'd think a skyscraper would be more central in the map.

I think townhouses coming back would also be dope asf because ghetto gets raided way too much and the rooms are too close together for my liking

Le Grande, or a property that would actually be useful to roleplay. I personally never use public housing for laundry but a lot of people do so townhouses are cool. 

A dining hall would go unused. 

World Corp was cool but we only ever ran illegal poker games there back in the day? What roleplay would it bring to the server? Thats my main concern. 

Shopping center, if it was just NPC's or empty building it would just be another mug central. kinda dumb. 


Range laws are dumb. Not sure why we need realistic range laws in a video game.

nothing to put in place of the mansion hence why it's there. I don't know how many times I have to say it's a placeholder letting it be his mansion because it's meant to be hired out when people want to use it. letting a single faction own it would be silly

range law is a good point, other gun laws however you need to start looking from an objective perspective instead of what benefits your own gameplay
