I was racing a BMW today, and during this time, a player on the sidewalk began opening fire upon us. Right after this happened, I ran over who I believed was the shooter. I thought nothing of it, and believed 100% it to be self defense, but I was soon after brought to an admin sit, and subsequently banned IMMEDIATELY, without the admin looking at any clips, asking any questions, or anything else. An immediate ban, and the player who I killed tells me he's apparently apart of my group. In the ban reason, I noticed it also said "Prior offense" as if I was in trouble for something of this nature before. I have never interacted with the admins before, so I'm not sure in what world I have a prior offense, maybe he had the wrong player. They fall under the same category so they are counted together. In your own clip, and supported by combat logs, he never shoots you. In logs he never once hit anything, and the reason why? In your clip you clearly see he is shooting straight up in the sky. You then run over him, and then continue running over him until he dies. Not only this, but why are you accepting 5 second clips? Where is his clip of before I hit him as well? You didn't even question this at all. Damage logs are not needed, the guy was shooting at us clear as day. Regardless though, things could've been misinterpreted. You didn't even try to get down to the bottom of it, just wanted to insta ban someone without asking any reason why or trying to resolve things naturally. I don't understand the purpose of that. The evidence you provided shows clear vdm, there was no shots at your car, and you were far enough away where you were in no danger. Turning your car around, you 1 didn't even know who was shooting and just hit the guy standing by the road, and blatantly used your car to drive over him until he was dead.
