Reason for PK:Item Transfer Ban

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
I do not know exactly what brought me to this pk but to my understanding I got pk’d over Colt Anacondas I sold to Speed on my Adam Max char. I had ask Speed for a gun on Ming Max so I could get the character Pk'd. I did not specifically ask for that Colt Anaconda and assumed when he placed a Colt anaconda in my bank he bought it from a different source. I also had an oil char named Diddy Max. I gave Speed access to this char’s account for the sole purpose of buying his oil and selling it on this char as it was a brown and sons employee.  It was never my intention to then transfer those guns to my oil char, that was all on Speed using the account as a spare account. I had explicitly told him to only use this to place his oil in the account and I would sell it and deposit the money. I am sorry that this appears to be an item transfer. I promise that was not my intention and I solely want my long standing char to not be pk’d over this situation and accept my ban as I never should have put myself in this scenario in the first place. I believe a PK for this accidental scenario is too harsh.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Sorry I do not have any evidence of my above story.

Hello Adam, I was the Admin who looked PKed you.

The reason for your PK was Item Transfer, as you know.
I wasn't personally the one who found the item transfer, just the one who suspected it.

In the logs @Zeus found that you gave your friend "XspeedboyX" a Colt Anacoda on Adam Max, which then your friend went and added your other character to a bank account with the gun in it where you then took it out and began shooting at cops with it.

In response to this, your character Ming Max was NOT a Brown & Sons employee, he was a Takahashi whitelisted character.

As you should know, item transferring breaks the Character Rules and results in a PK of both Characters you transfer with, but your Ming "Diddy" Max character was already PKed.
