Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute, I was saying a lot of disrespectful things but Skagg intentionally had someone bait me into saying the word DDOS I have no inclination to make any real Life threats to anyone. While I do understand I was behaving in an irrational manner, I feel as though I was judged too harshly and far too swiftly. I'd like to at least be given another chance to prove I am not like that I don't cause trouble. 

Why should you be unbanned? Because I am genuinely innocent in the matter I will admit I was behaving in an irrational and violent manner but I have no intention of causing harm to anyones real personal life and I am not some filthy Hacker despite what Skagg has claimed. I have no intention of causing any harm to Diverge Networks I am merely a victim of circumstance. I'm not gonna go and say it was Admin abuse but thats sure what it feels like. 

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I have no video evidence but I had several people prop kill me and Hit me with vehicles. I will admit I was acting like a complete moron, but I at least think I deserve a second chance seeing as how I was severely under the influence of Alcohol (not an excuse but it is a factor in the equation that we can't simply ignore) I was RDMed and nobody seemed to care but as soon as I mention what another individual essentially baited me into saying. I understand I was being quite foolish but in all honesty I think I was judged a bit too unfairly in the matter. The facts need to be thoroughly investigated. Could you please reconsider and look more thoroughly into this matter. Thank you

I wasn't the banning admin but I was the one who took the ticket, when I took it, it was clear he tried to get you to say it again but you didn't at all and kinda seems hard to see if he baited you that you stopped saying it. Plus the clip isn't you just saying the word DDOS but you saying you would DDOS this server

Hi, I was the banning staff member. Multiple tickets were made complaining that you were talking OOC and making OOC threats after an altercation that happened. after spectating you for a bit I saw you were claiming to be a staff member on an "alt account" and could get rid of people, not only that but you were saying "say goodbye to your steam account" to players in character. After this transpired I pulled you, spoke to you and informed you that if this repeated itself you would be getting banned, you apologized and said it would not. not 15 minutes later you again make vague threats towards someone finished with "DDOS will be the least of your worries" this is not tolerated behavior. 

I wish this was the end of it but unfortunately, this behavior continued on our discord, where you first asked to speak with me you then made suicide threats, asking if I wanted to watch, saying you were serious and you would end your life if you had a gun, I sincerely hope you seek and find professional help.

So basically I'm fucked that's it then? Whatever happened to second chances my guy? I get it I was being  fucking insane but come onnn. Just give me a break how about this can you at least consider unbanning in like 6 months or something? I mean Jesus Christ man permanently as in until the end of fucking time? Give a guy a break. 6 months seems fair to me. I won't cause anymore trouble or nothing after 6 months I would really hope you might at least reconsider.  I will apologize but apologies are for absolutely nothing. I now see the error of my ways so I was hoping there was maybe a way you could reconsider your decision in like 6 months or something, just possibly. I understand what I said and did was unacceptable behavior and it's just utterly disgusting.  But I assure you I have not a single inclination as to how to DDOS people or hack anything. That's not my way. And yes I made several mentally deranged threats. None of which I intend to carry out. At the end of the day I'm not some crazy wackjob I just would like another fair chance. I admit I deserve my punishment but after a while can you please reconsider? That's all I'm asking

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. Clear that your group have ill intent when playing on this server, there was enough evidence to show that you did intend to get retribution and even threatened to find IP addresses etc. This behavior is not something we allow or want on this server, maybe one day you will grow up and be allowed back, but currently you are not welcomed.  I would seriously reach out to someone IRL, self harm is never an answer, take some time outside of the game and get your mind straight.
