Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Hey Pimpin and DivergeNet team, I’m reaching out to appeal the 1-week ban I got for "Mass VDM | LTAP" on your server. I’m pretty new to the server and didn’t even know what LTAP meant until now, which I guess stands for "Leave To Avoid Punishment." I swear I didn’t mean to do that. I was playing super late, like until 3 AM, and after the incident I parked my car for about 5 minutes before logging off to go to bed because I was so tired after hours of playing. I had no idea that could look like I was avoiding punishment. I feel awful about what happened, and I’m really sorry for any hassle I caused. I had a family meeting in-game today that I was excited for, so I’m hoping you might let me off with a warning this time since the LTAP part was an honest mistake. I’ll make sure to follow all the rules from now on. Thanks so much for taking a look at my appeal, I’d really love to keep playing on the server!

Why should you be unbanned?: I think I should get unbanned or at least have my ban reduced since I didn’t mean to LTAP—I’m new and didn’t know leaving to sleep at 3 AM after parking for 5 minutes was against the rules. I messed up with the Mass VDM by running people over on the sidewalk, and I’m really sorry for that. I’ll follow the rules from now on and would appreciate a shorter ban or a warning so I can keep playing.

Banning Staff here, You deliberately ran over 5 people killing 2 of them, and left within 60 seconds, so you're reasoning is that you parked in the parking lot for 5 minutes and logged off to go to sleep is pretty unbelievable. If you stayed in Server long enough after running over 5 people and killing 2 of them, you would've been present for the Staff Sit. and who knows you probably wouldn't be needing to make this appeal, but ultimately you Left To Avoid Punishment. leaving me no other option but to Ban you for MVDM and LTAP.

I mean I've ran over people before, and I didn't mean to kill them it was just for jokes. I can take the blame for that but, I quite literally just got off to go to bed it was 3am. Plus I wasn't even aware of the Ltap rule, for a first offense 7 days is a little outrageous

Running people over isn't really a joke to me, I'm glad you can understand the severity of your actions. Diverge is a serious Roleplay server where we try our absolute best that everyone can have the best and the most fun rp experiences without any rulebreakers trying to disturb that. Seven days is fine and justified to me, however I do feel like you were sincere and apologetic about the LTAP situation so therefore I will be reducing your ban. Please make sure you'll take this chance we're giving you to show that this was a mistake and that you've learned from it
