Reason for ban: PK Metagame

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): This is my first time being HC in a faction, and I was uneducated toward the rules surrounding PK's I believe if you allow me 3 days to take time to reread all of the server rules and time to think about what had occurred I will come back to the server a better player as a whole and be able to help run my crew more efficiently and educate fellow HC under me and MC on how important it is to have IC evidence for everything you do to avoid situations like these where all parties are punished and ultimately doesn't benefit anybody. I wish to rebuild my reputation within the server and evolve the RP so everyone can enjoy it. I understand this may not get accepted, and I am okay with that, as I did not fully understand the rules surrounding PK's and that is nobody's fault other than mine. I apologize to all parties involved and for the drama that may have occurred from this.

Why should you be unbanned?
 I shouldn't be unbanned because I did break a rule, but I'm unsure if there are alternatives for any time reductions

Hi, banning admin here. You are much more apologetic than your counter part so I won't give you the full spiel. Yes, the investigation uncovered that the information used to push for the PK was metagamed and the other reasons were just tacked on as the main reason was shaky. As a member of HC, in any faction, the powers granted to you to get orders or to put orders are very strong and must be used responsibly. As you are new to this and you seem genuine in your apology, on the grounds that pimpin sits down and talks to you about the level of evidence that must be upheld for clean orders, I am okay for vouching for a reduction to 5 days.

I have already sat down with him earlier this morning, and explained and showed him, how to obtain, and what evidence is "IC", and also gave him a pretty long lecture, he has a much better understanding and is, well aware of his mistakes and does not intend to make then again.

I've reviewed the above and I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt as you have owned up to your rule break and apologised for it, also.

I will reduce the ban to 4 days, but as stated by yourself - please use this time to read the rules around valid PK's and ensure you are familiar with these rules before attempting PK's once you return to the server.
