Jonathan Pollard ban appeal

Reason for ban: Item transfer.

Length of ban:  Four weeks and two days.

Reason for appeal:  Unjust punishment.

Why should you be unbanned?  From what my buddy has told me this has all started over a shared bank account we have which is where I put all of my inheritance from the fallen SC crew.  I have been told that trouble started when he grabbed some Q for a deal he was wanting to do with me when I returned home from work.  I suppose I am most curious on why this is not considered a kosher trade and why I have received a ban for it.  I have the understanding that trades with people "out of city" via bank account is kosher so long as it is an actual trade.

Hi, i was the banning administrator.

this was over the 15 q that you gave to your friend from his old character. You two have been banned together for 14 days in the past so your current ban is simply a double of that. You knowingly gave him items from his old character on his new character, it doesn't get much clearer then this for middlemanning.  Old char being harry strickland hill and new char being conrad Folk Connely.

Those Q were just in my bank, I did not drop them to any of his chars.  Is it possible this could be tied to the Q that I processed today that I had bought of his old char a couple days back?

Logs say otherwise, they can be slow sometimes but they never create things out of nowhere.

I agree that they can not come from nowhere.  I am curious as to how this proves item transfer.  From what I can see of the logs this shows that harry had put the Q into his bank which I then inherited when he was PK'd.  I then moved the Q to the new account where I put all of the items to free up those other bank accounts.  I then gave Conrad access so that he could see what I could trade to him which he then took from the account for the trade.  How is this different if it was product from someone else that I put in there to offer as trade.

Because it wouldnt be the item of someone else's old character.
