When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. So, their main reason for why you were permakilled was "ghosting the family." This generally means getting on the whitelist and then ignoring your superiors or, in your case, joining a long time ago (August 2024), going inactive, and then suddenly hopping on one day (4/7/2025) without notifying anyone. See the time difference? When you don't let anyone know you're coming back and just pop up on the whitelist without paying your weekly mandated kickups, it's going to lead to your death. To make matters worse, you completely left the Discord, so any lines of communication were severely limited, neither you nor they could easily get in touch. Link to comment

adam Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 Hello! I was the faction leader who ordered your death. I ordered your death because you had ghosted us, and you hadn't paid kickups in a long time. When you were initially brought into my faction, you were taught how to make drugs, therefore being too much of a liability to keep you alive. Had you and your friend attempted to contact us ICly, we would have welcomed you back with open arms. 2 Link to comment

The evidence above in which you had ghosted the faction and not paid kickups is enough for them to place a PK on your head. It's advised that when you join a faction you abide by their rules and if you don't you are subject to a PK at their discretion. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
