Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *tbh im bored and wanna try this stuff out for a bit to see if i like it.  And summer is coming and those kids are gonna get on here by the dozen to terrorize diverge. ( some are gown adults sadly)

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: im no better than the next person but im very honest and vocal on how i see things, i do mess around on my alt but i make sure not be a a total minge that actually ruins people gameplay.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): i did moderate a gta server while back but its not anything like gmod
 

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: 4 times all being NITRP 2 were when i got black out drunk and fox or pendred sent me to bed to sleep it off.  the other 2 is when i roleplay as a actual retard but i dont cause harm nor interfere with anyones serious rp. Just some salty cops with friends in staff not wanting to fill out my plea deal lol.

i do have 1 ERP note but thats easily explain able, when i was in rp as a white girl who is an entitled starbuck drinking bitch, i offered tim bradford "favors" to let me go for drunk driving onto central park. spaceium the staff member was arresting me too and saw the whole thing, after my plea deal spaceium let me explain that i was seriously trying to get a  bribing charge. Tim ok-ed my pardon because he is cool with me ooc and we are friends. but gave me a serious warning to not do it again and i honestly did go overboard with that rp situation and learned to cool down a bit and learn theres limits to this.

other than that my gay taxi character is just a gay dude that acts gay but doesnt do anything to anybody that breaks server rules.

anything i done is IC and i made sure mods and the other player is cool with it which really ends up me in a court case in game intentionally. (like i know these guys irl basically)
 

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  yes. i been on here for 2 years. some know me irl. Tbh they probably think im a autist but i have yet to find someone that thinks im a asshole. i let dudes rdm and mug my gay char to let them have  hate crime rp experience because somethimes things get boring in this server. or i hop on my retard char. My reputation is good but im just a little jack ass. but i know when to be serious. i come here to blow off steam from my irl business so it explains why im the way i am on here.

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?:  when pendred came on here in his godmode moderator char and minged with everyone giving us a great experience, Eventually i held him at gun point while he was chilling basically "fail mugging" out of jokes and he gave me prop and pet flags permissions for free. I am the only person to rob a Admin and get away with it. And im proud.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: clip that and make a ticket. if i see the victim ill just give him my clip.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable ill just clip and gather some more evidence if i can and tell the senior admins or higher.
 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: firstly ill ask for clips and check logs, if so then they we maybe friends ic and ooc  but when it comes to responsibility ill have to treat him how i treat anyone else. i pked my friends on here before, no-one is gonna take advantage of me. I had a friend on here get me temporary banned for being blackout drunk irl and acting like a jack ass, and it was the right decision. So ill hold him to the same standard.

Look i am retard sometimes but i treat this game correctly. i know theres a time and place for everything, like i dont go in the court room to shoot judges to save my friend from getting life pk (which is blatant rdm and meta game). if declined ill understand. i made this staff app as a opportunity to see how admin works and honestly have the chance to see how people see me on here and change accordingly if they are unhappy with how i am. im not the best guy on here so feel free to speak freely on how you view me!
