Reason for PK: The reason i was given by staff was "spying/ leaking information" 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe the reasoning was heavily meta-gamed and absolutlety out of context, i cannot see a point in the game in which they had clear in-character proof of either of those accusations. I had not been feeding any information to anyone outside of the faction that could be considering a PK-able offence.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hi! Im the person who received the orders for your PK. A member of our family had over heard you talking to the dearly departed Vincent Barzini. Saying things like "I need you to trust me on something, I know what im doing." "I need you to talk to me somewhere else out of the city." "I need you to have faith in me." "There is a higher game going on right now.". This member had been sitting on a roof, watching out for Vincent, and overheard this. He then came to me and told me. There had been hesitance about you already, and at this sensitive of a time, there is zero room for errors. Im sure you recall this conversation that you had. You probably just thought that the side of the road was a secure place to say these things. Sorry to be the one to break it to you that it is definitely *not* a secure place to talk about these things.

Because that sounds like hearsay and im yet to see a clip or photos of said exchange.

Dons reserve the right to PK you at any time they dont need evidence when it comes to stuff like this.

They do if spying and leaking information is the main reason. You need evidence to back that up. Unless it was simply "Dons orders" which wasnt the reason given by Staff or the faction.

So im confused about the rules here cause it seems like who ever was recording the video ( which im pretty sure there isnt CCTV right there)  didnt have my name therfore does not know it was me?

As I said, the person was a reliable source and there is no room for error at this point in time. He was also aware you worked at the Trat as you have been introduced to him before. Vincent also calls you Ferrari in the clip, which he told me IC. If this isn't enough evidence I don't know what you would like. This is my last response.

Tbh a Don can pk anyone in their faction for any reason. 
 

If the Don mistakenly pks someone for whatever reason then that’s considered more of a loss on their part, and they have to live with the consequences of losing a good employee.

I mean my whole point of it is that they basically went off one person saying hey this guys a rat. Realstically they dont have any proof cause that guy was simply there. The clip cant be used as proof cause its not cctv nor did he have a camera out.

I personally hadnt been giving information out i just wanted the dude that i was talking to off my ass.

 It seems like they're just using hearsay
