Why should you be unbanned? Weird ban, a guy called 911 on me for me aiming a gun at him, cop responds but is blind to me aiming a gun, starts arresting people for public masking falsely, I get in the car, he says he's gonna arrest me, I shoot him. I mean, it's like an obvious felony if he searches me cause the guy who called 911 was saying gun specifics, and for him to search me, etc. also illegal to have concealed class 3 / any class 3 on the person. The only reason why I shot him is because of the guy tryna snitch on me.

also from my knowledge if he was arresting me for "tresspassing" that's also against rules is it not because "you can't arrest people for something that would be a warning" i received no warning?

• Pointing their gun at you and ordering you to surrender/stop moving/get down/turn around. (Fear RP basically) (Telling you to LEAVE is not an arrest/detainment)

I’m pretty sure if you punch a cop then just shoot him when he tries to arrest you is just baiting lmao

Trespassing, and conceal carrying a class 3 and brandishing, aren’t those just misdemeanours?

battery is a misdemeanor, but its aggravated if its on a cop, if its aggravated it becomes a felony, i withdrew the message tho

i punched no cop idk what yall talking bout, i shot him cause it was going to be a felony for dangerous conduct with a weapon if he was going to arrest me for that, if he was going to arrest me for tresspassing its a invalid arrest and against rules because it should've been a warning

Hi there,

After checking your clip i spotted that you do not have the f3 of this citizen who is getting arrested. You do not know this man icly. You clearly have the intent to break this fella out / by disturbing the rp by trying to steal the cops car. The cop realises this and chases you. Whilst yes you're getting a felony charge. You involved yourself in a scenario you weren't even supposed to be in. This is clearer than glass that this is cop bait also that you basically baited him into this makes this killbait / rdm. You want to kill him on the fact that you were going to be a felon.
