Why should you be unbanned?

 

I want to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to my ban. I now fully understand that mugging players improperly, breaking cooldown rules, and creating characters just for mugging went against the standards that make this server such a great place for roleplay. At the time, I didn’t take the rules as seriously as I should have, and I take full responsibility for that mistake.

After reflecting on my actions, I’ve read the rules thoroughly and now understand how important they are to keeping the server fair and immersive. I regret not following them properly, and I want to assure you that this was a one-time mistake. I have no intention of ever attempting mugging again, as I now realize that proper RP is about creating meaningful interactions, not just quick, rule-breaking actions.

I truly respect the effort the staff puts into maintaining this server, and I’d be incredibly grateful for a second chance. If my ban could be reduced or even lifted, I promise to fully abide by the rules and contribute positively to the community. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Firstly If you would be sorry, why would you use AI to write your apology? I can tell you clearly didn't care at all. You both were moving around near the casino waiting to strike on this dude. You both didnt use any form of IC communication at all. You were using the Altoviti VC to communicate, even whilst streaming it, funny thing is we clearly have in our discord that every thing has to be done IC. Which you both clearly didn't do, at recruitment we make it clear to familiarize yourself with the diverge rules and use the proper IC communications. There is a video of you both sharing your screen over 30 minutes and getting eachothers wereabouts. According to the banning administrator you put 3 people under FearRP which made them feel like you two were mugging characters. In the span of the character being created until your character pk you have put 3 people under FearRP with the intent to mug, not risking your main character which is against the rules. If you are on Google Chrome you can even use CTRL + F9 to find specific rules.

- You may not have a character for the express purpose of mugging/raiding as a means to avoid consequences on your main character. 
This doesn't mean just because you purchased a weapon or ordered a few oil shipments or someone gave you cash that you're considered a legitmate character. 
 

Metagaming Rules:
All Discord Voice Channels are considered OOC.
Any 3rd party Voice / VOIP program is considered OOC while in the server. In order for you to communicate with other players you must use in game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC in a third party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation.

I do not think you're sorry, I feel like you are apologising because you have been caught. Someone who is taking this roleplay serious would've put the effort in to read the rules beforehand. I feel like you should wait out your ban and reflect on your actions. You were breaking the rules because you couldn't be bothered to read them at the first place. Mistakes happen, but to me this is not a mistake.
