Reason for PK: "snitching"?

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:  I never really did anything I was told that was fine to be able to retire nothing much besides that and if they were claiming that I was snitching since that’s why I heard that’s why they PK me for they never collected any icy evidence no proof that I was the one who did it nor did I ever talk to a cop at all. All I was doing was running around the city, and I was chilling, and they were meta-gaming thought discord to collect the “ic evidence on me” by calling out where I was even tho I didn't  do anything, and i also changed my face, which they didn't know about all in ic
They never even had proof i did anything
All this happened to Discord OOC
and not to mention i did leave the faction, but i'm pretty sure i left 2 weeks ago, which states i can't be pk at that point by the faction
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

Hi,

I was the administrator who issued these Dons Orders on you, you were killed for the reason 'Failing to pay dues' and going on frequent Loas to avoid to pay kickups. You was participating in their illegal business which made it valid to set you active + You left their family at the 24th of March which isnt within the two week range. This is also the risk you take by being a criminal with the prompt you get before you join a faction:

This character was retired months ago. I  was never told to pay dues after i retired, which wouldn't make any sense and not to mention, i didn't got told icly or even oocly that i had to pay dues and i never went on "frequent loas to avoid paying kickups i retired which i was told was fine so their reason doesn't even make logically any sense

You had a habit of avoiding kickups before you retired, and going on LOA to avoid them, and then you retired before any action could be taken to that and never were seen in the city until now.

 

Furthermore, you left the faction on the 24th and decided to be a citizen which puts you at risk for knowing too much.

when? i pay my kicks up months ago i retired for straight months the logs in the cassno discord can show that, also when  i have took frequent loas? and even if i did leave you guys wouldn't know i change my face and the guy who kill me never had my f3 or anything and it still doesn't change the fact that all of this was done oocly and you don't any proof about the face change nor it was metion about how i told it was fine for me to retired and if that was true about i retired before any action why was the pk called now shouldn't the pk be in place long before then?

 

and prove i "had these habits"? cause i never have done that nor you don't any proof even in the discord and proof that how you guys knew it was me i face change and not one of you even try to see it was me kinda a bit odd how you guys start this the moment i change my face?

yeah and you guys never took a camera out and this picture btw was snapshoted cause i know you guys didn't had a camera out and logs can prove you guys never did as well as there is no proof i say anything to the cops or even the fact there were no cops on the server at the time of this picture or even the fact that the person who took this picture and her friends didn't even had my f3 and it's really strange that this picture just gets cut off above my name?

This is Mafiarp it literally implies in the name that you are planning to roleplay the life of a mobster (unless you do government work). You Joined our faction and progressed through the ranks and during this process you were both told and made to understand those in charge have the right to whack you if you break family rules. You also were made to understand that the oath you took is a life long one, even though you were allowed to retire you are still bound to the oath, there are several real life scenarios were made men retired but has loose ties to their respective families. Furthermore you committed acts against the family by not paying union dues on time or at all a few separate occasions. While you considered yourself retired a few months ago you did not leave the faction until the 24th of March clearly staff has access to that. We've been trying to find you for a while, you just got unlucky today. Here are the facts - you participated in a criminal organization with knowledge of what could happen if you committed an act against the family, you committed an act against the family and were seen at a police precinct all of these are valid reasons for us to whack you.

Hi! I was made aware in character that you had been around saying some things that no made man should be saying. Whether you were retired or not. You abandoned the family, and waited 12 days before you tried to tarnish the name and ruin our reputation. I reached out to the people who needed to be made aware, and they all came to the decision that you should not be out and about. As a made man, long time family member, and baring one of our factions family names 'Galante' you should have known better. You don't get to retire for months then come back and suddenly leave. I am also the person who tailed you, and as soon as you realized you were being followed you ran to the PD. If you believe this PK is unjust then you really are not that smart.

You only found where I was, thought Discord, and funnily enough, i was in the call while it was happening, so idk why your logic people are not allowed to retire It's funny how you guys are bouncing between stories and excuses

You drag metagame into it like you weren't purposefully lurking in the discord. We had also communicated ic via the voice radio. Plus I had people come up to me ic. Your retiring doesnt matter. The bare facts is that you left 12 days ago, which is in the 2 week window. You are a known name from the family. Your character has too much history and ties back to the Cassano's to even reason you leaving.

I'm not saying people arent allowed to retire. Obviously people can retire. But retiring and leaving the whitelist with no prior communication or talks, is not the same. When push comes to shove, you left, did stupid shit, and got PK'd. Stop bitching and take accountability for the shit you did.

lurking? i was in called chatting with you guys and quit the bullshit you guys didn't use ic radio not even once to tell where i was you guys and if so let's see it logs if your so sure that you did and you were using discord to tell where i was and that's that i'm think i'm done here i'll see if i have any clips to prove it and one last thing this don order was because i didn't pay kickups and using loa to avoid paying kickups not because i left the faction as stated in the ticket it self and you still didn't metion the fact if this hit was called before i retire why was order call out now? i can prove all of that through logs and discord which ua can see themself

He did not pay union fees, he did not contribute in any way and posed a risk to the faction. His death was approved and allowed by me for these reasons.
