Why should you be unbanned?

I don't mean to sound like a dick, but I dont think rdm x1 should issue a ban.

Especially since I generally have a clean record and I explained my side of the story which were me as a cop, having my cop car stolen, I run out to attempt shooting the tires. Eventually the car ends up exploding. I did NOT know, that a Glock-18 with a silencer could blow up a car... it was never my intention to RDM/Murder the guy that stole my car, but rather to disable the car so that I might be able to run and perform further serious roleplay.

 

Staff told me afterwards /kickdoor or something is a command, however, I did not know this command existed and thought the only logical solution would be to shoot the tires (like in GTA V)

 

I also believe I deserve a unban because, while I did *technically* RDM the guy, it was nothing short of an accident and during the sit, the  person that reported me originally were totally cool about it since he evidently heard, that I was in fact not trying to kill him randomly. He even said he didnt want me banned and essentially withdraw the report, however he was just returned and the staff member banned me.

 

I was told that I got a note for "power gaming" however, I dont believe I have ever done that! There was only one instance I remember with a guy that powergamed by spamming 911 calls. I only arrived to them, but thats of course because of me being a cop.

https://ibb.co/Ps3gHrbt - As for the power gaming note/warn it was confirmed to have been a mistake, and since my ban was also based on these notes I feel like a ban is too harsh a punishment in this case.

Hi i’m the person that banned you. The obvious reason on why I had banned you was because of RDM. He took your car and was just driving forward a little bit and then stopping so that you couldn’t get in. Your excuse for shooting him was that “he took my car, i wouldn’t be able to get in obviously and he was running people over” I saw his POV and I checked to see if he ran anybody over and he didn’t. Yes he might’ve taken your car but you’re not allowed to shoot no warning. You said you have been on the server for a few months and that you knew the rules but you have to at least give a warning before open firing. You did not give a warning and you open fired so that led me to tell you to re-read the rules and ban you for 6 hours.
