Why should you be unPK'd: I believe that I deserve a second chance being new to the server and only was just learning the rules and promise not to break rules again.
Server rule that was broken was left to avoid roleplay (LTARP)

Hello Ezio, I was the staff member that PKed you for LTARP.

The reason I PKed you was because you were being arrested for a drug charge which is a felony and then your friend attempted to break you out of jail on his NYPD character and brought you into the basement of PD. Then you left the server and made zero attempts to reconnect.

I apologize however as it is my first time and I clearly didn't understand the rules, I didn't know that LTARP was a PK if I didn't come back immediately after my 12 hour ban. I hope you do reconsider and let me try to make ammends but if not please let me know if this is getting declined so I may let my faction know.

An additional to this I also did not ask that individual to break me out, that was on their own volition.
