Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned for powergaming for making false 911 calls against the Trattoria. I have never been talked to by staff for making false 911 calls and have received multiple IC detainment's based around false 911 calls, having called 911 multiple times against various people and businesses with no choice in particular,  and in this very situation I was ICly detained and questioned for being near the area for making false 911 calls (logs can prove this). To my understanding false 911 calls has always been an in character thing as a 911 call without the testimony of someone on the scene (in game) is not enough to arrest people or enter property. I have seen officers be fired for doing those very things. I have no prior warnings or notes for powergame and was never informed by staff over the last 6 months that 911 calls that are made falsely are powergame. The only notes I have are for metagame (talking about something i have on another char) and prop abuse (i was really stupid at the time). I apologize sincerely if anything I did, infact had IC consequences, however I know that nothing came from the 911 calls as the officers responded appropriately and did not forcefully enter the property without a warrant and probable cause. I can promise that I will never again make false 911 calls again if it is truly powergame despite it being apart of Jimmy Ironhand's character. He is a career criminal who despises the cops due to IC reasons and tries to waste their time by making false 911 calls that seem urgent as Jimmy loves to see them waste their time. Again I apologize sincerely if my actions lowered the quality of the roleplay at the time.

I'm the banning admin, I was looking into something else and to do so I needed to find the 911 call it turned out to be your 2 911 calls made about there being a mugging happening in the Trattoria and that somebody was getting killed, I saw you had a Gambino char so this just seemed fishy to me with the tension between those factions right now so I checked logs first and saw no evidence of what you were calling the police for then asked you in game why you made the call and you said "I was making 911 calls to make 911 calls" you had no reason to make it. To me all I could see was you made the 911 calls so that the police would come over and fuck with the Cassanos so you didn't have to on your Gambino char. You hadn't been banned before so I only made the ban a 1 day but still if you don't have an actual reason ic reason to make those calls other than just wanting to fuck with Tullia which is what it seemed like in the sit then you shouldn't be doing that.

Like James already said this is powergame and it looks very fishy with your Gambino character. You're trying to force a certain outcome from the rp which is clearly against the rules. Fake 911 calls could lead up to a felony or even worse people losing their character. If you go to the rule tab on our forums and click server rules, under general rules at General Rule 8: Do not bait Police to shoot/arrest you. Do not make 911 bait calls

and powergame rule 1: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc,

I believe this ban is justified and one day is good enough for you to reflect on the action and to check out the powergame / cop baiting rules.
