Why should you be unbanned?

I'm barely seeing the ban reason now, because right as they banned me I just got off but during the whole sit they said I was RDM baiting because I had shot a dude that punched my friend. Now it's MRDM? 

Anyways, I'd like to point out the fact that I feel I was wrongfully and biasedly banned. While I was shooting at the volpe guys I was instantly froze and brought to another rooftop by adam (well known commission altoviti HC). And he asked me why I am RDM baiting, I explained how I wasn't and that the volpe guys punched my friend so that's why I shot the guy. 

I'd like to point out that I had previously went on the La Volpe balcony way before this whole shootout went down and we had no issues what so ever, I even asked one of them how they are doing and they respectfully told me that the balcony is staff only for right now. (However I didn't tell this to henry, the guy who got punched) so he wasn't even aware of the whole situation. 

After I was pulled to the sit, Novi (altoviti main who had absolutely nothing to do with the sit) instantly came on his staff character to make bias comments that benefit his faction/alliance, aswell as another guy who was on his wop character, he was staff but I don't know which one it was. Sure, Zeus was the one handing out the bans, but adam was the one that told Zeus to perma ban me, also why did almost every single member of Underground Association get a note for RDM? Yumeko even got a note and she hadn't even killed anybody. The staff that handled the situation were bias as fuck and only cared to benefit their factions and not the fairness of other players. 

I just simply dont see the RDM bait in the shooting that occured last night, they wanted to punch my friend henry for who knows what reason and then when I shoot them they report it. This could've easily been handled IC and not taken OOC especially with all the conflict that has been going on in the city.

Bias comments aside, this was a clear case of RDM baiting. You had someone you knew run onto the property, start baiting, and waited for them to escalate, before pulling out your gun and opening fire from a predetermined location. I'll let the banning staff member explain the rest.

+1 Novi who was directly involved in the situation hopped on his staff character and proceeded to be biased almost immediately after it happened, I'm not going to give my full opinion because it will just be called biased, but I think a perm ban is definitely harsh, also immediately after he was banned I saw more people going on the same roof he was on and were basically trying to attempt the same thing. All I'm going to say is if it was the other side doing what he did I can almost assure you nothing would have been done about it. Maybe for those specific sits we should have someone who isn't UA or Commission so that way there is no possibility of bias.

Hi, original banning staff member here, I watched the altercation happen live where an apparent RDM bait incident occurred, a member of your faction stepped onto the roof of La Volpe and refused to leave until he was punched, as soon as he was you proceeded to spray down those who hit him and anyone that started to shoot back at you, Your positioning on a rooftop and the fact your friend went up to them as soon as you were in position made us believe this was pre-meditated.. 

To address why the others received a note- They were already on the roof for about 10 minutes prior to this, Yumeko's note was removed as she did not shoot anyone and arty received one for participating as he should have known better. 

I believe you deserve to be banned as you should know better from your many staff sits and time on the server. However, I do believe a perm is excessive given the circumstances of hostility in the city, with many shootouts happening and lines being unclear. However, I do think the original 30-day ban would be appropriate given your priors + circumstances.

there is no way you dealt with it, the way I see it you (who is commission main) has a bias against the Underground Association alliance I think it is unfair what you done

i’m trying to figure out what you mean by bias comments aside? you guys are so blatantly bias it’s wild, you altoviti guys would ooc poach to try and get me to retire my kosher character to fast track me to made in altoviti. then you guys even tell hayvo he either had to pick kosher or altoviti and when he retired his altoviti so did i, then you guys all turn hostile towards me and then perma ban me lol

Not the banning admin, or anyone of importance, but heres my opinion and some numbers.

You had set up for a shoot out to occur, it is clear as day in the first clip, otherwise, why would all those people be specifically on that one roof that had a perfect view of the business you were intentionally harassing.

I don't know who anyone is on this server, nor do I even know who you are as a character name level.

Since joining in september 2022, to march 2025, you've had 0.37 bans per month. (Sounds like a good number right? kind of...)

Since your first ban in November 2023, to march 2025, you've had 0.69 bans per month. (Almost doubling, the time between first join and first ban)

You have 22 notes and 11 bans (excluding the most recent permaban) with 54.45 DAYS banned and only 38 days, 3 hours playtime. 

From your "total time experienced" (bans + playtime), you have spent 58.84% of your time banned.

Banned time to playtime ratio is at a high x1.43.

With your notes and bans being considered now, you were punished nearly 2.06 times per month for every month since your first ban. That is very slightly more than once every 2 weeks you either got a ban or a note, since sept 2023.... that is sad.

 

 

TLDR: Extensive notes and bans will always lead to a permanent ban, now if its actually permanent, that's for others to decide, there is no bias here, if I was still staff I would've done the exact same thing regardless of who you are, or who you think you are to be able to continue to break the rules without any actual punishment.

You need a break from the server to realize what you actually want to do on here, other than break rules consistently.

+1 I got banned too during the same sit he got banned on, in the case I were to give my opinion on the situation I'd be heavily biased so I'll just state out the facts of what happened. During the sit after we tried explaining ourselves no matter what Adam just kept saying the same thing, without no fucking explanation he just kept saying something along the lines of "staff believes it was rdm bait and mrdm" as much as we argued it wasn't they just kept on insisting it was. The banning staff "Zeus" and who I believe was the one who took the ticket was spectating the whole thing, he claims it was RDM BAIT and MASS RDM because money blue was positioned somewhere were he could easily shoot them waiting on them to punch me. I got into the La Volpe balcony and chilled there for some time, 5 minutes later I was being asked to leave, after being asked to leave maybe 5 seconds later I got punched by a guy standing there they insulted me and pressed me to leave as they were in their right too as I insulted them and pressed them back. (being the most unbias as possible) I find it weird it got taken as RDM BAIT (heavily linked with money blues MRDM BAN) as I was punched seconds later they told me to leave. Not like I stood there for anymore than 30 seconds not complying waiting on them to punch me . Money Blue reacted as anyone would react and shot the guy who was punching me.

I don't want to comment much on the bias topic but I do want to mention that two staff members who weren't called to the sit or related to it joined the sit and started making bias comments against money blue and me, and Novi who was involved or at least present in the situation got on his staff char to join the sit.

I understand thinking it’s bias especially when out of the situation it resulted in your friend being perma banned and how the sit was conducted I would like to explain from a victim perspective.

You cannot defend your friend who initiates a conflict in an another factions territory. Especially when your friend is only being punched, this is textbook rdm bait hence me making the ticket.

The fact your people were already on the roof looking at our property solidifies the baiting aspect of the ticket. While maybe this wasn’t planned ahead of time the fact you all still decided to defend your boy when he was obviously looking to start something solidifies the rule break.

I apologize i know how much being banned sucks and I wish you guys good luck in your appeal.
