Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): It was my first and only ban 3 years ago I was goofing off I rdm'd a single person and got perma banned yeah I shouldn't have rdm'd the person but a perma over that is crazy.

+1 This guy being perma banned for years on end seems a bit much; however granted he attempted to try to levy the ban through different means by attempted connections on different steam accounts, It doesn't look like he has a history and even then that was about three years ago. Anyone new probably wouldnt have known the risks. Imo I would give him a shot and if he screws up then the punishments would be heavier.
