Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The day I got banned is when I had a suit added that I will not be able to see for one month, I have spent over 200$ on this server and hate to see that I cannot even play it.

Why should you be unbanned?  I have taken a lot of time to think about what I can do to not have me get banned again. I regret it every time I look at the server and I am very disappointed about my actions.

Hello, whilst Bullets is the originally banning administrator here, however I was the one who extended it.

 

I double checked some logs and I found a whole item transfer operation between you and some of your buddies, thats why I extended it to a month. I previously warned you and your friend Rizo verbally because you both had an incident that was very close of being considered item transfer and made you clear that it's very serious which you and Rizo even agreed upon you would never do this. You clearly did not take my advice and willingly participated with some others to transfer items over to other characters by abusing bank accounts. Just because you spend some money on a suit or on the server doesnt give you immunity to break the rules without getting punished for it.

Hello Bush, I was the staff member who originally banned you before it was extended.

When I originally caught you and your friends item transferring I brought you to a sit and explained what you did and told you that it was wrong, I only saw the most recent item transfers so I banned you for 3 days but then Dutchcat decided to look further into your logs and found more instances of item transfer which made him extend it to 30 days.  The number of times you item transferred shows your disregard for the rules and I agree with Dutch, the 30 days is a fair punishment for the amount of times you've broken this rule.

Like Bacon and Dutch said, just because you spent money on the server doesn't give you a pass to break the rules.
