Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *The reason why I wanna apply for staff is because I wanna help this server around generally a lot more. I’ve always noticed that staff takes a while for some staff to take tickets. I understand that they want to RP and have fun too. I wish that I could be a part of that team that can help people take tickets and let them have more free time Not to mention I do like the server and I generally want to help as much as I can to improve the server and the experience for the players in the community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I do have previous staffing experience and usually, I’m a very relaxed guy who can try to deal with most and tries to have both sides at least be semi-happy. I understand I can’t be perfect and I know that’s gonna cost one side of the other to get mad, but I will try my best to always mediate things and try to give fair punishments while also standing as unbaised admin and I would like to see more about the solution to the promblem and I’m willing to take my time with a sit if it means to fully fix the problem and usually, I’m very free during the week and willing to put in a lot of hours to help make this server a lot more fun.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):  Imperium gaming admin for 1 year, ACN Gear of War rp mod 4 months
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: twice so far one for looking through a wall with third person during a pk a couple months ago and the second one it just for a misunderstanding but still a simple rdm for 2 days a few days ago.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I guess I’m sort of well kind of know not many people know what I do or what I did and as honest as I can be in the middle depends on your who you are asking, but in most cases I will say that I was a semi-good person and that I usually try my best to always help people and not try the fuck how many people over and I used to try to fix problems and make sure that everything goes back to the way it was before then and I always understand that people may have different opinions about me, or don't want to fix it since it wasn't fixable but that’s fine. I can understand that I just want to give a chance to always try to make amends.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There are a lot of good moments in Diverse that I really love the favorite one so far was when I was able to be made in other factions which was a good moment as well it showed that hard work does pay off and how you become more ambitious for the future and what can it hold. It shows that I’m taking a progressive step and becoming more of an active player and more of an active part of the said faction.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I’ll try to hop on my stuff character, but before I do that, I will usually ask if anyone else has seen what happened and if not, if no one says they haven’t seen anything then I will proceed to handle it by explaining to the person. What did he have a reason to do that thing and if he didn’t I’ll just tell him not to do it again, but if the other person wants to have the guy warn, I will warn the guy
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I’ll try to tell a member of UA about this and provide clips of evidence showing that he is abusing his powers and also try to ask the person that he knows that he’s either breaking the rules and explain to him how he shouldn’t do that and try to better him as well. Even if he is a friend I will still remind unbiased as well to see if he has anyone else in on whatever he was doing it
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
I’ll try to take the situation as unbiased as possible, and try to see if the person of my faction/friend is breaking the rules, and if so, no matter what he will get one if it’s more than a prior offense and if he even have anything like has multiple PO’s, I will have to ban them as well but if he’s innocent, I would like to have the accusing to always provide evidence an explanation of what has happened that caused them to report this.

Doesnt quite meann you're ready for staff. Just because this is the first one of the year, you have a few prior notes aswell to mention.

Yeah just cause i have prior notes (all of them were just simple rdm notes (3) beside the one I claim) doesn't mean i'm ready for staff plus they are months to almost a year old. but it is what it is i guess
