Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * I joined Diverge Networks in early November and loved it. I am a very active user who genuinely enjoys roleplay, I play the server almost every day and usually put at least 3-10 hours in. I have enjoyed roleplay for years across games like GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, fallout, and Garry's Mod. I want to join staff to enforce rules and make sure that people are following them to give everybody the best experience. I have enjoyed this server since I joined, it wasn't like a Dark RP server it was different and I liked it better than any other server. I joined Diverge Networks in early November and loved it. I am a very active user who enjoys roleplay. I have enjoyed roleplay for years across games like GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, fallout, and Garry's Mod. I have enjoyed the server since I joined, I play the server a lot and would like to see another side of it. This is my favorite server, I play on it multiple times a week and have put in tons of hours, I want to try out moderating and keep this server great.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * Even though I have not had prior experience being an admin/moderator I am very open to learning and I would enjoy being a staff member. I dedicate lots of hours to this server and have learned so many things and they have stuck with me. I try to handle situations calmly, not being soft nor aggressive but firmly. I also listen to people and hear them out, I'm not the kind of person who will cut anybody off because I want to talk, I wait until they are done talking then I speak my opinion. I do not think I am better than anybody but I think I would be a good choice for staff because of my traits and patience. 
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):I have not had prior experience but I'm open to learning.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:I have been banned before and had notes written because I've done stupid thing but I've used those to grow as a person and better myself. I regret the things I have done to get myself in trouble and since my most recent one I have been staying out of trouble.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say I am well known, I've been in many factions and made many connections during my time in the city. A lot of people know me because I have a catalogue for clothes and am usually running around the city meeting people and selling suits. I am mostly known in my factions though, I have mostly good reputation's in my faction's and am friends with most people in them. Even though I've only been in the city for almost 3 months I have made lots of friends and met tons of people as well as making a good amount of friends along the way. I have met a lot of people I know through my friends and have become known in little Italy mostly. I've done a lot of roleplay around the whole city which has also helped me become more recognized around the city.

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: The Italian Civil Right Movement, I wasn't there for a lot of it but I was there at the start it was a fun time and I got to meet a lot of italians.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:I would get a clip of it and make a ticket, If the ticket was not taken after a few minutes I would go on duty and handle the situation.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:I would make sure I get proof via a clip and make a ticket to report it to UA.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:I would avoid taking the ticket to prevent any bias but if nobody else was taking it and I had to I would just treat it as I would for any other RDM/Minge ticket.

Personally I think factions are irrelevant when it comes to staff applications - becoming staff requires no bias, that’s what makes a good staff member and that’s how you get accepted into staff. therefore your point is irrelevant, another Jmoorsey L
