Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *Id like to help as deep as i can with the server because ive been a victim of bad admins ones that constantly either admin abuse or just dont do their jobs. I have seen some very horrible admins in the past and id like to become an admin to help our not only with the people in the server but just the diverge networks in general because ik it can be hard to find good staff especially whenever admin abuse is a big problem in the garrys mod world. im also just big into doing what i can to help the players of the server with having a overall more enjoyable experience on the server by making sure justice is served through the server equally because i have seen people easily let off the hook just because they are friends with the admin. i believe admin abuse is a major issue and with the greater numbers of good admin i think that i could help with taking out the bad admins.  
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * Im a hard follower of making sure proper authority is given and fairly given. One thing to note is ive had experience with bad and good admins so I know both sides of the industry and have experienced it for a while. I have 2400 hours in garrys mod ive been playing for a very long time and through out the years of me playing ive seen almost everything. I can easily assert the right level of justice and authority to anyone as well as help out anyone he needs the help. I like to attack problems head on and make sure they are solved before leaving the scene. Id make sure that everyone gets equal justice and make sure all who do bad on the server are served.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *Im not well known at all but those who do know me see me as a good asset. im in the colombo crime family and they view me as a valuable asset just because of my mind set.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: contact another admin
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: report it to a supervisor
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: well id ask for any clips because anything is possible sure he might not do it often but everyone has RDMed so its still always possible id ask for clips and if their are no clips id check logs and i would not form a bias even though he might be my buddy i gotta do whats right

-1. Lack of play time, you gotta get use to the server for a bit man. You also you skipped the question “Do you have any previous staffing experience?” For your problem solving answers your responses are very short with not much effort/thought put into it. But this is just constructive criticism man take your time and enjoy the player side of the server for a while before you try taking on being staff aswell. Most people typically apply with a few weeks of playtime or more. But good luck!

-1 This screams "I don't want to pay for donator so I'll get staff for the benefits". Couple things:

 

- You "joined a few days ago" yet you're talking about coming across "bad staff in the past" and want to assist with that? Make it make sense? Your past is all of "a few days"; how many bad staff can you come across in that small time frame?

- Along with the point above, yeah, playtime man. I know they've accepted staff before with incredibly low playtime hours, but they've also dived in to several aspects of criminal RP as well as cop RP to have several characters to prove it..... you have 1.

-Overall needs a lot more work on the app. Maybe a little color or formatting so it doesn't look like 1 massive paragraph when you sit back and look at it.
