What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I know this is may sound cliché but I really just like helping people, I know a lot of my friends like to get through sits as fast as possible  on other servers so they can benefit from it by adding to their sit count and eventually being promoted, but I like to take each sit with a fresh mind. I like to make sure both players understand what's going on and that they are truly benefiting from the interaction. Every since I started staffing on servers, my #1 motivation would be to help people, because I feel good when I know I helped someone understand something or learn something new.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I should be considered over other candidates because of my vast experience and love for helping others. I've staffed on numerous other servers, TitsRP, ElitelupusRP, certain StarwarsRP, and more, I've been in management positions, and moderating positions, I've dealt with almost anything you can think of and If I find something I don't know how to do, I do my absolute best to learn. I love to help others, I get almost like a butterfly feeling when I know someone benefited from something I told them.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I don't think I'm extremely know within the community, but I believe those who know me would have nothing but good things to say.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I loved the 9/11 event as bad as that sounds

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If someone else is on duty and they're about to deal with it, I'll let them deal with it, otherwise, If I'm the only staff on, I would go on duty and bring the involved individuals to a sit, then I'd proceed with it as a normal report, I'd ask for both sides of the story, check evidences and then make my decision.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Abusing is not allowed, no matter how little it is, I luckily have learned over the years that its just easier to clip things, I have medal installed and would gather clips/evidence of him abusing and send it to management/make a staff report. Even if the staff was lower then me, I'd correct them but still inform management about it.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there's another staff member online, I'd ask them to take care of it since its my friend/faction member. If that's not possible and I'm the only staff online, I'd take the sit, ask for both sides and see any evidence, then If a staff is online in discord, I'd get in a call with them or quickly send them the evidence and both players stories and get their opinion, if their opinion matches mine, then I'll proceed normally, If not I'd kindly request the person who made the report if they'd be willing to create a Player Report, if they aren't willing to do that, I'd ask another staff member to get on to deal with it. Taking sits with your friends is always tricky because everyone has bias, its just hidden, human's naturally want to protect the people who are in their group.
