Reason for PK: 'Fail mug'

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I wasn't mugging them; their friend had just stolen my vehicle and was driving it around the square. I took my gun out to fire at the car and proceeded to tell their friend (I assumed them to be an accomplice) to put their hands up in order to prevent them from pulling out a weapon and firing at me. In the clip provided it shows me elaborating 'I am not mugging you; you know him.' while waiting for the vehicle to return. (Black Challenger at the tail end of the video)

hey PKing admin here you put him in fear RP when you told him to put his hands up and had a gun pointed at him and then died afterwards

never had the intent to mug or kidnap though, nor even the tools to do so. the gun was initially aimed at a car and because he was laughing at me getting carjacked earlier i  did ask him to put his hands up so that he did not take out a gun. (he had told me that the person taking my car was on their 'minge char' and he wasnt talking to them seriously). clearly he seemed to know not only him but the two people pk fishing as they all have each others f3's in the video. this is a situation taken five seconds out of context and never meant to put anyone in fear rp.

the gun wasn't aimed at him, it was aimed at the other man on the other side of him who started orbiting me, using who i assumed was his friend as a human shield. (whence is when you very conveniently came out)

Hey bud! Im the guy you kinda sorta tried to hold hostage under the false assumption i was helping him. let me be first to tell how close knit everyone is  in this group.  That same guy who was having fun during minge hour was PKED by me 2 times last year as my cop char and he is looking for the second i eff up to get me fired. He also saved me from a mugging on my civilian.so its shows you an example on how every one treats each other in this server. They mug you alt yet they they hire your main and give you a free gun. I remember telling you he gonna try to bait you so becareful. we also had a OOC convo whenn he pulled up beside us and you had every chance to kill or put him under fear rp. Yet you didnt and  also i didnt hear you say  " im not mugging you" You flat out point the gun at  me in front of  atm sayin "Put your f*cking hands up, since because you know him" and if it was a mug, it wouldnt be a legit one because of the zone we are in.  If you did state that you werent mugging you i didnt hear that. You also did it right in front of the 2 guys who watched you point the gun at me from the start which is kinda dumb on your end all due respect.  you may not had the intention of mugging me but your presentation of the situation and over how you shouldnt point guns at people like it is irl is what got you in the end. If i were you scope the situation and try to bait me ( not mug and drag me from atm because thats fail mug.) and then point your gun at me and ask your question.

If admins Unpk you i wouldnt be against that because you sound like it just  was  a dumb moment that started from a minge during minge hours, so ill +1  in your support because of how dumb the situation was. Hope the best for your appeal.

Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

This would be classified as a normal kill, you were attempting to get retribution from someone stealing your car and had no intention of mugging them. Server rules don't dictate that you will be PK'd every time you pull a gun on someone and die. If this was the case, anytime someone would pull a gun out and demand someone leave a property and they were killed we would need to pk them. This is not the case, this kill falls under normal killing rules and is within RP guides.

Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
