This all started off bc Jeddy Jacowski made a ticket for powergaming and he thought I was the one who picked him up and dragged him onto the ice, but I wasn't and then they eventually located the guy that did pick him up. But then Byte says "your still getting banned btw" and I said for what? And he said "because you rdm'd darnell" First off, darnell was aiming a gun at me and that's why I shot him and that is justified per this rule Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout. After that situation, darnell saw me at the car dealer and shot me in the face because I had killed him in the previous life. Sure it was RDM but I never had a problem with it and neither of us made a ticket, so I dont get why the both of us would be banned for that? Byte Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 Hi, banning admin here! First off, your ban was only partially for the RDM. The majority of your ban was two other things most of all. The first part of if it was you at least twice in the time I was spectating the scene, ran your cooper through multiple people. The first time it happened is what led to Z67H being ragdoll abused all the way down to the ice. The other player involved was warned for it as they had no history, but your multiple VDMs is what caused it to happen. Secondly, it was the constant minging and NITRP that came with you purposely forcing yourself into a situation you were not involved in and moving the body / keeping officers from chalking the body as they were fearing for their life after you RDMd Darnell. While you may be able to forgive Sosa for his RDM to get him unbanned, I will not be forgiving you for the multiple VDMs and the minging. You have an extensive history of NITRP and I am hoping this time away will teach you to betetr respect the RP in the server and especially the RP of others. Link to comment

First off, there was 20 people in the MIDDLE of the street and I had a car that goes from 0-90 in seconds, its hard when I turn a corner and hit people who are right around the corner. I hopped out right after and apologized to the people I hit, after my car was stolen and the person in my car started hitting people. I thought if people were in the middle of the road it doesn't count as VDM aswell? It's not my fault a crowd of minges we're in the middle of the road. Again, it was multiple times, you also came all the way down the road from where the pharmacy was to the where the manhole was. At least twice. Even in the cooper that is plenty of time to stop. When you see a group of people in the road, that's not an excuse to purposely hit them all. It was not just picking up a body a couple of times as well. You actively were not allowing the cops to do their RP and were inciting others to keep getting involved and encouraging others to mess with the body as well. I am not the only staff that witnessed this and multiple other staff had called you out for it as well. Link to comment

No staff members called me out for anything during that whole situation what so ever, I feel like your just going off of logs and have no real evidence of what actually happened. I never said I hit the group of people intentionally either, it was all an accident and I got out of the car right after and apologized. Then again no tickets were made on me Link to comment

You have multiple POs on your account, surrounding just about everything which has lead to a total of 50 days of bans. Please take this time and read the rules and come back and RP within those rules. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.
